and other rules may be in place beyond june. 15th san francisco's acting health officer doctor susan philip says employers will follow cal osha's guidelines. whatever those may be. >> cal osha is a separate state regulatory agency that has, as we know pre covid people have had to follow their regulations and and so i helped officer and we in the department of public health don't have any control over cal osha regulations. and in fact, we in the department of public health and in the city as employees and employers have to follow those regulations as well. >> cal osha previously ruled that masks must be worn after june 15th less an employer can prove that 100% of its work force is fully vaccinated. the agency is holding a special meeting tomorrow night to potentially change that guideline. because the says that covid-19 vaccine trials for kids ages 5 to 11 now underway at clinics in oakland, santa clara in sacramento 75 kids right now taking part in the two-year study. many of them receiving their first dose of the vaccine today, many of them said they felt similar sideline effect side effec

susan philip with the city attorney is reviewing those guidelines right now. we expect we will mostly align with those state guidelines. we're looking at a few areas, particularly with large indoor events, to better understand what the state will require, what we may require, and then calocea issued employer guidelines on friday, and we're reviewing those with regard to ensuring that we're informing employers what those guidelines are, getting them to be ready to be prepared for that june 15 reopening. but compared to just about every other county in california, i think we're in relatively very good shape for that june 15 date. >> excellent. we meet again on june 15, so hopefully we can get a further update from you then. thank you so much. so the next agenda item is the fiscal year 21-22/22-23 budget update, and our chief financial officer, jen louie, will be presenting. >> and commissioners, i don't see jen on the list. mr. wagner, i'm wondering if you're able to help with the presentation. i have the presentation loaded up. since jen's not here, i'm not sur
