. >> e want to bring in tom goldstein, a valuable resource through all of this. tom, about 13 minutes ago we got this huge news out of the supreme court. frankly, i think it's safe to say, the biggest case. it's coming down on thursday, rather unexpectedly. your initial thoughts. >> well, i think that the headline that the supreme court is just saying that there isn't standing to bring a lawsuit, that is, you know, in this one state, the red states like texas couldn't challenge obamacare, actually understates it. you have a 7-2 decision. they do it through the back door. they say not only do texas and the states not have standing, but nobody does. this is a challenge about the minimum coverage of obamacare that everybody hat to get health insurance and now that's unforceable. congress has taken away the penalty to get that coverage, and the supreme court says if you have an unforceable statute, nobody can pursue it. so obamacare wins but in an opinion only lawyers could like. >> what does it mean for what happens down the road? if the justice went in through the b

. >> tom goldstein, thank you very much. tom, stick with us for a second. i don't believe we have any response from brandy levy, the student or her lawyers. tom, this story captured a lot of attention because of the fact it was involving a fairly new tech platform snapchat, a student upset about the cheerleading squad thing and involved the potential for what some looked at is the issue of bullying, cyberbullying, how schools address this. if you're an educator in this country and this has come up for you, is there anything concrete you can take away from this decision at this point? >> i do think that you can take away that the supreme court is not going to let the students engage in serious bullying, and is not going to allow the students to engage in threatening teachers, and is not going to allow students to misuse the equipment the school provides. the things that would be disruptive to safety in particular, the supreme court is saying we get that. we want them to protect students and faxuality but not sending a message that students are not americans
