>> saint bernard parish, we are long, kind of narrow.have the mississippi river one side, marsh on the other side. outside the levee system, we have a few families live year-round, sport fishermen. we expect water to do most damage in those areas. as far as in inhabitable, that could mean folks outside the levee system. the river is going to divide between the work side of the storm and part eastern side, which would be a little god send to us with reduced wind speeds we're expecting. uninhabitable, after katrina we were that way for years. i remember that well. we are telling people if you have assets outside the levee system, bring them inside. in the system, look around, pick up anything that might be airborne. don't want somebody hit or killed from something that might fly through the area. look around the neighborhood, check on friends and neighbors, see if they're okay. if you plan to shelter in place, make sure you have the necessary resources available such as water, food, medication, if you're oxygen dependent, have that on hand
