shirley weber had direct answers, giving them to janelle wang. >> how do you ensure that every vote is counted and is accurate accurate? >> well, we welcome anyone to come look at the process. every envelope has a specific code on it. we can tell it came to you. we have a track system that says track my ballot. so you can figure out where your ballot is in the process. we will send you a notice when it's been counted. so we have a system of doing that. we know that. no one can use your ballot. if they do, keep in mind that is a felony to use a person's ballot. it's a felony to steal it out of the post office. it's a serious offense, and we don't find a lot of folks stealing ballots and misusing vote-by-mail ballots. m.i.t. did a study, and there was like .00006%. it's unbelievable how small that amount is. >> have you seen any voting irregularities so far, leading up to this election? >> we have not. we have not seen any voting irregularities. people may call and say i didn't get my ballot on time or didn't get my ballot. and we may discover that their address was wrong or it went to t
