so kayla, when we talked earlier this week, you mentioned your past involvement with a hopeful clinical trial for hd, and shared exciting news this week. your mother had her first appointment for a clinical trial. can you describe the significance for you personally for having the opportunity to participate in a clinical trial and now your mother, and can you share with us some of the changes you would like to see happen to better reflect the needs of the h.d. patient community? kayla, you may be on mute. >> yeah, you have to unmute. >> can you hear me? >> we hear you now, yes. >> being a part of the clinical trial gave me purpose. it helped me find my path. i think god wants me to help others and joining the trial put that into action. knowing that i have h.d. brings a lot of challenges, and i had to make a lot of tough decisions before most people my age. however, in enrolling in a clinical trial helped me see that i can help a lot of people with h.d., and those at risk. families are hoping for treatments to delay the disease or even cure h.d. clinical trials give me hope. the clinical trial i was in had so much positive talk to be a breakthroug
