peter. if you'd like clarification on anything that he went over in his presentation, you can go ahead and put those in the chat or in the q & a and i'll filter them up to peter. i just-- you know, it's such a heart wrenching circumstance and the book is -- there's the stories are just, they're so heartbreaking and one question that i have is, how do you cope and maybe how would you encourage those who have a loved one who is dealing with addiction to cope and you know, because it impacts so many more people than just those who are using, wouldn't you say? >> yes. it's a very, very difficult situation and i think that the thing that people have to understand, and it's very, very sad and in a lot of cases is that there's so little education about what addiction so really about, when i went to paramedic school there was no-- we didn't learn about addiction. we knew nothing about mental health. in time, that you have to learn to recognize that this is a disease. i picked up one young man who had overdosed and i sort of learned about the stuff, i was explaining to him about how this works on the b
