every continent. -- and diplomats have increased wi cases on every continent. ♪ laura: welcome to world newsca. this weekend marks 20 years since the 9/11 terror attacks in amera. which killed nearly 3000 people, more than 2600 died here in new york city. a man accused of masterminding those attacks for allocator -- for allocator is in court -- for al qaeda is in court. the proceedings are happening in guantanamo bay in cuba. our north america correspondent is there with this report. reporter: a demand for justice following that horrific day 20 years ago led to a wide reaching response. but one that since led to accusations u.s. perpetrated injustice. in a tiny corner of cuba, one notorious byproduct of the 9/11 attacks still remains, prisoners arstill being held in limbo in guantanamo bay. the u.s. authorities have allowed us t be here, but they are extremely restrictive in controlling what we can show in terms of people and structures. they have not allowed us anywhere near the detention facilities where the remaining prisoners are being held. when i was last year, things were different. w
