in los angeles, we are probably about 65% renters. we are very much a renters region. and 78% of extremely low income home renters in los angeles are [inaudible] and that is compared to the 2%. so, i would only imagine that that continues to be the same post pandemic, but the shortage of available apartments and places to rent in los angeles has just been further impacted by the pandemic. we also need to produce or have available about 800,000 units for extremely low income renters here in los angeles. and right now, we have a shortage of a half-million units. and again, because we are only producing at best, 5,000 units a year in the counties, and that gcontinues to grow. supposed pandemic, with having a shortage of overall units available to us. in our affordable housing portfolio, in terms of residents that have been impacted by the pandemic from an economic standpoint, we did a survey last year around this time and at least 69-70% of the residents in the affordable housing units had been impacted from an economic standpoint. so i definitely see that as the recessio
