>> i think travis mcmichael's testimony went in mostly unchallenged. we heard the prosecutor cross-examine him but not a focused examination. she let him repeat his narrative about what he thought. she didn't drill down to his lack of training. he came ac ross as a law enforszment officer. i'm concerned the jury may buy into that. we heard testimony from people in that neighborhood trying to corroborate mcmichael's testimony there was a lot of crime going on. leaving out the evidence of racial prejudice i think that was a mistake from the prosecution side. maybe they thought this is an almost all white jury t could backfire on us but i don't think that's correct. they should have taken the evidence and let the jury consider it. that's evidence of motive. right now the prosecution has mistakes. >> interesting to hear both arguments. stay with us. we'll continue to watch that courtroom and bring you the closing arguments when they begin. >>> still to come here a manhunt under way for a man whose gun discharged in an extremely busy airport security line.
