temperatures in the moon mid- forties on the south bay and mid-30s for many northbay valleys so it isgain and you could see where the visibility from petaluma down a half-mile and in san jose 0.10 of a mile. we were keep our eye on napa as well. the other thing is the afternoon, the haze in the sky and air quality is moderate and you can see what some of the readings are now but the important thing to take away is what the forecast is. at least you know when you see all the haze in the sky that it's not necessarily unhealthy but it is moderate and we will continue to pull in the clouds thanks to a system off the coast of southern california, not only do we have the haze here but we also keep pulling in a stream of high clouds which is a layer cake in the sky so plan on that being a repeat. daytime highs continue to go into the low to mid 60s. you don't see a whole lot of change as the numbers stay low to mid 60s and san jose will be in the mid 60s. no rain with haze sticking around with thought even off- again clouds. how is the drive doing? >> i start off with the good news if you're

it will likely be the northbay valleys again. so napa and santa rosa plan on fog. sunday will be just as pretty as today with blue skies mostly. there are still some storms in the pacific but they are just not getting directed here as much as they was in the month of december. there is the next one and you can see the pattern like the freeway of storms want to take it too far north. this is monday morning and if we going to get anything from the system it would have been there. the rain showed up and monday the clouds will increase but that is only in the morning. by the afternoon it is sunny and we will not get any rain out of that scenario. by the time we get to thursday you will see the clouds increase. there is really no reasonable chance of rain. instead we are kind of locked on autopilot where we will keep doing this now as we go through mid-january. daytime high temperatures in the mid-50s and clouds are few for the next seven days and no chance for rain. we will take a look at the long- range forecast, days 8-14, and see what the likelihood is for above or
