um because we have a lot to bring to the table as a health institution or clinical care research, etcetera. we don't always have to be the biggest voice. it really is important to me to thrive and to center, their needs and their voices, and it's been a renaissance in the black community across the nation and certainly here in san francisco. with a lot of groups coming together in collaborative during covid pandemic it's food insecurity, testing, vaccinations, mental health services and support, which has been a real issue for all of us before the pande during the pandemic, really mental health services i like to think of, it's really more a spirit, so it's mind body spirit, and so we black behavioral specialistsside talking about whole person the whole being and not separating, um one aspect from another, and it's been really well received. where expanding it this year. i'm excited to do that. how critical is it that we emerge better than we were that we provide better avenues and take better care. of the african american community when it comes to health outcomes and health disparities.
