and raised $10 million for the private sector to help do some of those incentives but thanks to the argonne dollars they're offering those funds because that's something we need in florida . just like arizona, a lot of the childcare deserts. that is where i too ... it's a both, and. we yabsolutely need the federal investment. states cannot do it on their own. we need the office of childcare to help us in making these benchmarks but states look very different. georgia looks different from alaska. that's where we do need some discretion or states to look at where they are, take the goals of the bill back better and try to work towards achieving those goals so starting where they are and we need the office of childcare to have that flexibility and they did this honestly with the background check . georgia passed the background check before the federal law came into effect. georgia had more stringent requirements. childcare did not let us reduce their requirements. they said georgia your good where you are even though alabama and south carolina is not where they are so were going to meet them f
