clinics to remind patients who use drugs. about the dangers of fentanyl and make sure they have access to fentanyl test strips and naloxone that can quickly reverse an opioid overdose. well, san francisco citya 90 days state of emergency there. the controversial declaration expired yesterday it allowed the city to bypass bureaucracy and speed up services to help the homeless and also cracked down on open drug years. supporters say a new homeless service center opened within weeks rather than months. and it will stay open even though that declaration is over. since i've gotten here. it has gotten better around here because when i first came two months ago, there was like these streets were lined people, all of it down like doing their drugs on the side of the road and stuff like your own kids and everything like that, but they're not like that anymore. in san francisco police plan to add 20 more officers to patrol the neighborhood. but skeptics worry about possible over policing also said the number of drug overdoses in the tenderloin didn't go down during the 90 day emergency period. our time is 6 57. beginning this fall, ucl becomes the first u. c. u c school to guarantee four years of hou
