is inside of a national historic district so the change that would happen to that is still subject ceqa and would therefore be in keeping with national standards. so, i just wanted to, as i develop this, it was not an ask of the building owners but it was an offer to restrict it to just the significant areas that were most related to the event. >> okay. yeah. i did assume that the building was a contributor to the district, so that would have some protections but just thought it would be good to put it out there and then, i also have a question about the plaque. you know, i've been to this site many times and i have to say that the plaques are, you know, understated and i see that they're going to be salvaged for reinstallation and a new location but i didn't find where that location is and i just want to make the plug for interpretation of this event and the significance of this place. how can we tell the story of what happened here, why this place is important? you know, in addition to a couple of plaques. i think that it warrants a much greater amount of information for the public. >

trees and hearings on permits, so that will continue to be shared interoffice mail, ada placement, ceqa, we have a in-house staff that daenvironmental review and that is continued to be provided to both departments and fleet services. we all see the fleet from public works so there is management and oversight of that. in the hearings i will provide detailed overviewf the budget but i wanted to give a quick snapshot what the budget looks like. congratulations you have chosen to be commissioners for one of the most complicated budgets ing the sitdy and i'm bias saying that but think is very true. if you look at the budget you get a snapshot it is roughly fiscal year 22-23 about $447 million for the two departments. what we had to do this year for the first time ever was create a budget that split mid-year so in the first quarter of fiscal year 23, there is combined public works budget that is both public works and sanitation and streets and create a budget for the latter 2/3 of the year for sanitation and streets and you see the full split in fiscal year 23-24 so that is what we are showi
