director hinze? >> thank you chair borden. i had a few questions i think one on each your areas -- upon autonomous vehicles i will start by saying that i think we have one of the best teams you are working on the autonomous vehicles having in the disability community they have been working with the [inaudible] the board and since -- before i was on the board, but my question is, when we have been intenses where [inaudible] a mass malfunction of the the vehicles and potentially cause harm to or personal injury. do we have recourse at all? how the regulators could? what is our protocol there? >> at the moment, we have effectively no recourse. we don't have the ability to site the vehicles that are violating the vehicle code. we don't even get data or information about when the incidents happen. we have learned of these massive autonomous vehicle shutdowns throughout media. or through 911 calls from roadway users who have been trapped between multiple autonomous vehicles that have locked down. these are reasons why our complete l
