the first woman mayor and four mayor mclean, 156 years.f. and i'm sure, unfortunately, there are still cities acrossha america or in that 150 mark who still haven't had a woman mayor. ladies, we have lots of work to do. let's start by asking you all the question two of us understand how we're going to do that work. let me ask you, how can we continue to build up women in leadership? and what barriers to yours all t on your vantage point that hinder us, how do you overcome those challenges and barriers? i know there's a whole bunch of questions into one, and what changes of and women in politics and leadership will have you seen over the years? >> i want to be honest i've been mayor for a whopping four weeks. so i'm going to drop some knowledge on how you can do this. with that perspective, but i can talk a lot about being as a trial layer lawyer and having0 practiced law for 20 is in a court system which is a majority male dominated system. it is a really interesting thing to navigate. you are often the only woman in a federal courthouse.
