for decades we have been a contractor with the san francisco department of public health and we have le of contracts that fund us through providing critical life saving services for the homeless individuals living with hiv transgender community and people who use substance, those with chronic mental illness and so on. for decades we have been accountable for the work that we do and partnership with san francisco public health department. to insure that we report on our work and objectives and outcomes we are extremely serious about this matter. what is also essential for us to share with you is for many years hiv contracts with no increase-sorry, only recently did we as a community advocate for the minimum cost of doing business increase in our contract, but for years being flat funded-sorry, for many years being flat funded, minute we were under funded in our hiv organizations. organizations like ours have faced increase of demands and we to keep up the increase expenses and personal cost whether a contract remains static. >> your time has expired. >> thank you. >> next speaker, plea
