i'm getting yelled at by supervisor melgar. i don'ts think this is allowing us to get back to our families. our time is limits. our work time, our ability to get things done. everybody on this board whether single like me or married as many of you are, we work a lot. we work most of our-all most all our waking hours and the time that is spent on absorbing public comment-it may be time people are using to respond to e-mails and do other things, but i don't think that is what the public is advocating for when they say-some advocates got annoyed members of the rules committee were doing other things while they were addressing the issue in rules. your decision maker time is finite and if you are saying public that you want us spending larger and larger amounts of that time listening to one and two minutes presentations often highly repetitive, onfrom people who are not from san francisco, i don't think that is what my constituents want. it is not just us,b it is all those commissioners, all those people who are choosing to voluntee
