i am-we are pro-edevelopment for the island and not saying don't develop the island. we have been waiting for us most for over 20 years. the reason why there is only so few here today is because most of the others are confused. they do not know what is going on, the outreach isn't working the way it is supposed to work and we greatly appreciate the one on one meetings you now are reinitiating with us. i need to come back to one question that may have gotten diluted earlier, which is we have been paying market rate for the most part most residents. we are talking 154 whatever units that is 3 to 400, maybe 500 souls as mentioned. why can we not then move into other market rate buildings or units or does it mean you can move into those but they will not cost $6 thousand a pop? that question is still not answered, it was answered earlier by some of the commissioners and still not being answered, still not clear. why is it that transitional households legacy are offered only units in low income developments? again, this does not mean i applaud all the efforts making for lo
