cnn's brynn gingras is always is with us on the story and bring in.hat was the evidence uncovered in glossip's case of that evidence is from a box that was finally given to the defense team for richard glossip from the prosecutor's office. and in that box, there was just a lot of paperwork that talked about justin sneed, the person that you just pointed out who actually killed barry van trees. the boss of snead and glossip in this murder decades ago. some of that included justin sneed, actually wanting to recant his testimony to his asking about it, at least to his attorney. another was a psychiatrist saying justin sneed had bipolar disorder that was never even brought to the defenses at attention, so just questionable things that the defense attorney for richard glossip thought the courts should look at a little bit closer and at the very least, let there be another hearing regarding all of this new evidence, but of course, as you just laid out there, the criminal court of appeals in oklahoma and a 50 decision said no, it wasn't sufficient evidence t

cnn's brynn gingras has been following this story bring you were inside the courtroom in this case, andt really just was incredibly emotional. it was a bail hearing and for that, it just seems so emotional because kaylin friend who let's keep in mind she died next to that night, along with all her friends, some of them who were in the same car. and her father were at that bail hearing and it was pretty intense because you know, the defense attorney in this hearing, argued that his client 65 year old kevin monahan, he has no criminal history. he is a member of that community for 30 years and so they were arguing. let him go, and he'll be back to court. and of course, the judge decided very serious, you know, saying this is a very serious case a girl has died at the end of this and is now remanded him. but yeah, there were cheers coming from the courtroom from the boyfriend from the dad when the judge made that decision, and it's a very emotional time in that community, because we know it's a small part of a small rural area of new york state. and i want you to hear from the dad because h
