today, on mornings onto we spoke to barrett burgard. the director of mountain operations at heavenly ski resort. he says this was the longest ski season ever at heavenly. it's still pretty busy. i mean, it's been a little quieter in the last couple of weeks, but still steady flow of people in town actually went to a casino yesterday for the first time since i moved back here, and i was pretty busy in the casino, too. so, yeah, it's devise really good intel. everybody's enjoyed this awesome winter. we've had two other popular lake tahoe area. ski resorts remain open alpine meadows and palisades tahoe. it looked more like winter than spring this weekend along highway one away, it also known as the sonora pass caltrans, working to clear roads blocked with the snow. ktvu chief neurologist bill martin joins us now, bill it's been a pretty cool few days here today, probably actually the best we've had in some time. yeah yeah, you know, he's got a little better as the weekend progresses. we did have those showers on friday night into saturday
