agreement between city build academy and the plumbers union local 38 with the business manager larry mazzola. and so cityville graduates now are going into the apprenticeship this summer, so we got to get that work back. other trades. um some of the trades that do some of the more foundational work in sweets kind of get more investment to start building up again and keep doing it. we need to meet our housing goals. laborers, carpenters, operating engineers, some other trades. there is more opportunities. there is more of a demand, so it really kind of it's often a point in time. it's often depends on the kind of work but what city build can name and his team do is really try to dial in. make sure that they're aligning where the need and the opportunity for this terrific union construction jobs are and make sure that all the graduates get to go, and that's how we maintain about a 1995% placement rate of cityville. thank you, mr thank you. thank you. supervisor mall, gar. i don't see any names on the roster now and thank you so much for answering our questions. i just want to quickly go throug
