meteorologist kyla grogan here now with details on what has turned out to be a very warm day their and some numbers that have got above expectations in places. but i'll tell you what, it's even warm here at half moon bay. you know that the marine layer has compressed of it. we've got these blue skies out at the coast and you really don't see any trace of it, right? so that's what's been happening as high pressure. he's becoming more of an influence on our weather. so right now, pretty incredible. san francisco, the downtown gauges at 83 degrees. we're at 67 at half moon bay. we're at 88 in oakland, 95 and nevado. and interestingly enough, 94 in mountain view in san jose expecting the inner east bay to kind of crank up a little bit hotter as we get over the next hour or 2. but right now you can see they're kind of in those low 90's as well. but if you take a look outside, i think the bigger picture here is that we just got some incredible blue skies out there. wind is relatively light starting to pick up a little bit right now. so we will see some of these gusts like we're seeing right

kyla. a federal women's prison in dublin played with an ongoing abuse scandal. now faces another lawsuit. >> it was just last month the 2 guards at the fci dublin facility pleaded guilty to sexually abusing women incarcerated. there. but the allegations go all the way back to the mid 90's in this latest lawsuit, 8 women claim they were raped, drugged, extorted and threatened with deportation while they were in prison. >> so the significance of today's violent is that this is not about a few bad officers. it is not about one bad facility. it is inherent to the way that we incarcerate people today. >> the suit asks all prison staff accused of abuse be removed from this facility. it also demands more resources for prisoners, including counseling and health care. the bureau of prisons has not publicly responded to this lawsuit. and people living east oakland neighborhood claim police are ignoring their concerns about crime. one woman shared video of shell casings found in the street. she says the morning after a drive-by shooting four's dan thorn has that story. >>
