>reed cowan>one last question. what are the side effects of this medication? i understand you're supposed to take it at night with a fatty meal. you're not supposed to operate any heavy machinery, but what a new moms need to know about taking this. side effects. does it affect the baby? >mix>yeah, these are great questions, and i think these are the biggest ones for me as a provider, thinking about working with patients. so, um, you know, it's actually a pretty well tolerated. um medication, the biggest thing is sedation. um and but that can actually have good effects on women who are struggling with morbid insomnia or anxiety, however, in terms of breastfeeding, that's the biggest thing. these clinical trials the women were asked to forgo breastfeeding. during this time, and i know for many of my patients not having information on how this will affect, um uh, milk production or how much goes into the milk or what the potential risks are for their baby, but honestly, be a no go so i'm really excited to get more data on the safety profile and the risks associat

i'm reed cowan. >> it's nice, right? three makes a good team. i have my coffee too.oing to need this you guys. straight to traffic this morning because we have got some stuff to report. there's actually some positive news i just got word from chp that all lanes are open. but look at what happened overnight. literally just cleared out of the lanes moments ago. a jackknifed big rig had all lanes shut down on 80. this is right at pal street in emeryville. it was actually a double trailer. it hit the center dried and it was stuck in both directions. again, all lanes are now open. but they were very serious injuries reported in this crash. in fact, at least three other vehicles were involved. so happened at about 11:00 last night and it just opened up all lanes within the last ten minutes. just listening to this, and seeing all this video, that's completely off the freeway right now. which is good news. but i want to show you maps right now to kind of show you traffic to dissipate as you head through there. in the meantime taking 80. so far, so good. because all lanes are
