san francisco. so as immigrants, we have a special connection to this diverse community, san francisco richmond districte made this place our home. that is where we are trying to build our business as a place where everybody can feel welcome like we felt when we first came here what really makes fisher or joe's ice cream we have been growing together with our community. so we support our local schools throughout the fundraiser. we provide job opportunity for high school, i hire them every year. built a beautiful parklet outside funded by donations from over 200 neighbors and friends and i think this really shows how joe's ice cream and our community like lives together. so -- you see our mission is to serve as a fun community hub in san francisco and richmond district. so, i hope that we can stay this way for many years. public comment for each item on today's agenda. each speaker will be allowed up to three minutes when you have a 30s remaining, you will hear a chime indicating your time is almost up. when your allotted time is reached, i will announce that your

these dirt bikers and atvs sped past his home near 17th and lake in san francisco's richmond district at about 415 on sunday afternoon. they were recklessly going down the street. they were taking up both lanes and on the sidewalk doing wheelies just moments after riley's 22 year old son was special, needs went outside this dirt bike, one of many sped past on a sidewalk and saw what could have happened to him. i almost passed out. i was shaking, sitting at my desk. riley and others called police, but no officers showed up. try something, but throwing your hands up in the air and say there's nothing we can do isn't the answer to it all began when the armada of bikers crossed the bay bridge from the east bay. they ended up going through the presidio on veterans boulevard, where they also pop wheelies. the bikes ended up doing donuts in a sideshow at 14 and lake before ending up along lake street in an area designated as a slow streets neighborhood. they are having fun, but at everybody else's expense. and it's a real violation. it's just it's ridiculous. i mean, it's just it's really un

duffel bag was found by a dog walker here at the intersection of 22nd avenue and fulton in san francisco's richmondlast night when san francisco police were on scene. you can see investigators placing the white tent where presumably the duffel bag was found. the yellow and red tape used to block off the area being investigated. the area is not deep into the park or even hard to find. it's actually quite the opposite, getting regular foot traffic from people. there's also a bus stop nearby. this morning, we've seen plenty of people running by and people walking their dogs. now, you may also be able to hear music and loud noise as you watch that video from last night. that's because the discovery of the body happened as outside land was wrapping up its three-day festival just three blocks away. there have been no connections made. we have reached out to sfpd but they are not releasing many details. investigators were here for hours last night. the scene is now clear of that. but san francisco police asking anyone with any information about this, any additional information that may be able to help to

richmond. for me this is the single best neighborhood in san francisco. everybody knows each other. people have been living here forever. it is young and old. the ocean is really near by. and so there is that out doors ocean vibe to it. there are places to seat golden gate bridge it is amazing. businesses are all small mom and pop businesses. houses get passed down generation to generation. it has a small town feel but you know you are in a big city at the same time. it's got a unique flavor i don't see in other neighborhoods j. it is about being inclusive we are inclusive and welcome the communities, anybody should feel welcome and belong here and shop local, eat local. we believe that with that support and that network it come in full circle. it is passing on kinds knows. that's when richmond is about that we are together at once. welcome to the richmond.
