it does include the valleys of the east bay and the north bay valleys. think the north bay valleys should pay more attention to this really, because even though it hasn't been that windy there yet, tomorrow morning we're going see stronger winds down sloping out of the higher elevations. if you are just downwind of some of those mountains, like santa rosa, like napa, look at your wind speeds, those are 30-mile-an-hour gusts. this is not going to stay that way through the red flag warning, this is really 1:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. tomorrow. that's critical timeframe just to be aware of your surroundings and make sure you're being extra careful. a technical wind advisory goes along with this too. that includes the mountains, the santa cruz mountains included in that, you're going to get gusts tonight as well. could be a concern for power outages there. if you get a broken branch, you know the drill there. in terms of those morning lows, this is what we've already been doing. there's not a lot of difference here, north bay valleys have the potential to
