where are those 100 hostages that hamas claims they don't control. >> erin mclaughlin and david rhodesank you so very much. to continue our conversation, we're joined by david ignacious and jeremy bass. david, first, what is your reaction as we see what is going on there and just this group of 13 being released into egypt. >> so, jose, mine is that of everyone watching, a sense of joy and relief that some of these captives are returning to their families on the way to their families. i do think this is a bittersweet moment for israelis as they think about all of the hostages who remain captive and there is not yet a pathway for the release of the male hostages who are being held. i think about the timetable going forward can this continue without interruption over the four days? 13 hostages a day. and will it continue beyond that? there is suggestions that israel will extend the pause if hamas can find and deliver additional 20 perhaps women and children that they are said to have relatively easy access to, that would extend this period, adding to more joy of the families. and then fin

joining us onset is david rhodes. i'll put that question to you. what do we know about the next batch? also talk to us about how tricky this is. >> there is a diplomat involved in negotiations from the region that said to us that there was zero trust between both sides when these talks started. it was an excruciating process that went on for five weeks. it is very delicate. the fact that the international red cross is involved in terms of picking up the palestinians released in the west bank is a positive sign. but the real moment of truth will be when these 13 hostages are finally in israeli custody. again, this diplomat said that he thinks both sides will abide by this agreement and it will go forward. again, it's going to be 50 hostages released from hamas and israel will release 150 palestinian prisoners. i think it will be small groups over each of the next four days. >> what do you think it does for israeli resolve for the campaign going forward? >> there was a public opinion poll taken in israel recently. almost half of israelis said they di

joining us now, former deputy national security advisor to president obama, ben rhodes, rick stengel and with me at the table, davidhanistan and held for seven months in various locations in the region. ben, we are reminded over and over again that these deals are extremely tenuous. what do you make of no hostages being released before friday? that shift in time line. >> i don't think that should be much of a surprise. to your point, this is a very complicated, multi-dimensional deal. you had the united states working through qatar, which has a hamas political office, which has to be in contact with hamas officials on the ground in gaza. at the same time, the u.s. is talking to israel. this diplomacy where everybody is removed from where the hostages are, just getting that agreement took time. then i do think, gaza has been a really intense war zone for a period of weeks now. i think it stands to reason it might take time to identify and locate those hostages. for hamas to do so in a way that they may not want to be detected in doing so. this is a lot of moving parts and it's complicated. the good news is nobody is

rhode island is ear. joining us director for fix the court gabe roth is back. state attorney for palm beach county david to start with tuesday night. i worked in politics. and when i worked in politics, i was always pretty skeptical of the polls, sometimes to the pollsters' chagrin. but i feel like this issue of reproductive health care is about reproductive health care. it is also about the court. and i wonder how you saw tuesday night's results? >> well, first of all, i think tuesday night's results were an incredibly powerful public statement by the american people across the country in multiple elections that thanks, we do not appreciate having rights we've enjoyed for a generation taken away from us. so that's the baseline. then you throw in the court that did it, and it begins to smell a little rotten because of all of the machinations around the court of the far right-wing billionaires and how that decision among many others looks a lot like it has been delivered by the court for big donors who helped put the justices who delivered it on the court. >> you know, i also, again, have drawn more of m
