but i want to especially thank my colleague and my friend rafael mandelman, who i know has been leading on this for a long time. and i will say that even as someone who, you know, long before i imagined i would ever be a raphael's colleague, he was a friend of mine, i turned to in moments of difficulty and was helpful to me on a personal level. and that means the world to me. i want to thank catherine stefani as well for her leadership. and joel, i don't want to leave you out, but i think this catherine and raphael have been doing this work before we got here. and i just want i want to acknowledge that. and lift it up and honor it. i have been out and open about my own journey in recovery and the fact that it was the combination of the crisis that we're facing in my own journey in recovery from addiction that moved me to ask for a job i never thought i would want, let alone have. so this is personal to me and i guess have lived experience. but i also know that my addiction qualifies me to judge my addiction. and if i'm being honest about that, i don't have a great record of judging that
