through milpitas. we had more rain down around ben lomond.rtainly foggy out there with the golden gate bridge, 53, san francisco and san jose where we have some sun and half moon bay temperature are in the 50s here. santa cruz, a brief shower but otherwise temperatures are fairly uniform from the low 50s in the north bay mid 50s in the east bay. and there's a hint of some of that sun in the south bay. so with that, temperatures will climb into the low 60s with perhaps more breaks in the cloud cover throughout the south bay. so a few showers here and there becoming isolated. this afternoon, then maybe reinvigorated tonight. but looking at milder conditions come monday and tuesday, could even see a few 70s before the next system moves into the pacific northwest. you can see in the next hour, still a few scattered showers for sonoma out around the east bay. 580 throughout 1230. so if you're shopping, putting lights up, getting the tree, don't be surprised if you get your head wet a little bit. but we're not talking downpour cause we're not talki

students at milpitas high school dealing with mental health issues now have a new place to go on campusor help. the district has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in state funding to open a new student wellness center. it's ovidg help and support for milpitas high students who are dealing with depression, anxiety and other issues. the district says the number of students seeking help for mental health issues has climbed dramatically since the start of the pandemic. a new national report shows almost half of the largest school districts in the country are either under new leadership or about to get new superintendents. researchers say here in california, superintendents are leaving despite increased salary and benefits. and turnover was just under 12% in the first year of the pandemic. it jumped to nearly 21% after the 20 2021 school year, it was 18. the next year. education analysts say many of those positions are being filled by people who have less experience as the number of issues superintendents handle continues to increase. more information now is coming out about a securi
