we begin this evening with new issues involving san jose police officers. nbc bay area has learned that at least two more officers are now facing internal investigations on separate incidents. one of them is believed to have fired his gun accidentally inside san jose city hall. the incidents are the latest in a series of recent issues with the department. damian trujillo is at police headquarters with a story you will only see on nbc bay area. >> reporter: sources with knowledge of the incident tell me a san jose police officer working as uniformed security officer accidentally fired his gun at a san jose city hall reference room recently. no one was injured, and it's unclear if anyone witnessed the shooting, but we're told that officers are no longer with city hall. it's one of two reasons that unrelated incidents involving san jose police officers, and they tell us, the second incident involved an officer who got into a traffic accident in her patrol car didn't report it. being told the officer settled the matter privately with the other driver, but that
