eastbound 580 at fruitvale is a car on fire? i don't know how that happens, but it's on the shoulder for 31. let's get back to the headlines. >> okay, sal. >> thank you. well, an arrest has been made in connection with the shooting in half moon bay at a housing development for farm workers. the san mateo county sheriff's office says orlando montalvo chavarin was arrested just shortly after in a warrant was issued for his arrest. he's accused of shooting a man several times saturday night at the moon ridge housing community on miramonte's pointrillionoad, about 7 p.m, investigator say the victim is still in the hospital. the suspect was arrested for attempted murder and this week marks the one year anniversary of that mass shooting in half moon bay. it happened last january 23rd, when a farm worker shot eight other farm workers and killed seven of them. that tragedy shook the community of half moon bay to its core. now the community gathered for a vigil honoring those lives that were lost. >> ktvu south bay reporter lamonica pete
