and since this part of 19th avenue is it's a bike route that connects to s.f. state and daly city bart. and we want to separate bike traffic from kind of muni stops and trains. and due to the limited geometry and heavy traffic here, it wasn't possible to upgrade the stops in their exact existing location, but we've sought to keep them as close to their original locations as possible. uh, we've heard a lot of support and a lot of urgency for upgrading this inbound stop in particular, but we've also heard concerns about some of the potential parking impacts with the original proposal. right. so given the location of driveways and some of the short blocks here and other challenges, we're pretty limited in where we could place these stops. but we did update the design of the inbound boarding island, uh, since november to address the most pressing concerns that that came up. uh, what you're seeing here is the original november proposal. and. here is the revised proposal. so this preserves three more, uh, parking spaces. plus it preserves access to a, you know, parki

s.f. flower mart. the florists are. i'm sure, very busy.re getting ready for a very busy day here. happy valentine's day. of course they've got a lot of roses here. that's of course, the flower of the day today. look at these beautiful bouquets. lots of hearts, lots of roses, lots of red and pink here today. but so, so many flowers here. and of course, such a wide variety. any really, any flower that you would want from all around the world is here. they opened at four this morning. we've seen a few customers this morning, but it has been a little slow and quiet. employees here say though it will definitely pick up throughout the morning. there are 50 more than 50 vendors here all with their own specialty and so much variety. the flower mart here is a wholesaler and actually one of the only one of only five of grower owned wholesale markets in the us. this is really the floral hub for thousands of flower shop owners and florists, and it's been here in the city for more than 100 years. some workers grew up here with their families in the flo

s.f. gov. can we go to the overhead please. great. thank you. thank you for this opportunity to comment. um a couple things. um, what i worry about most is that currently the zoning maps show the zoning overlay on top of the resources that are already designated. they don't go around them. they overlay over them. what i think you're hearing from many of us in the room is we want the maps to clearly go around the historic resources that are already designated. so i'm going to give you some visual examples. this is the ingleside presbyterian church, a significant african american related and community resource on ocean avenue. it is one of the two anchors of the landmarks on ocean avenue. the other is the el rey theater. both of these would be up zoned to eight stories. everything around them would be up zoned to eight stories along ocean avenue. um, there is an identified historic district along ocean avenue that shane watson and i worked on very diligently. you have yet to ever hear that designation. we hope someday that you do, but it would be

s.f. have to deal with. one of the things i'll note is that much like in hetch hetchy, we've seen very large and volatile power markets over the last few years included in our forecast is an increase in our budgeted contingency in order to account for this, what this is, is that we forecast what we think are needed expenses will be and then we add a buffer on top of that, and we bake that into our budget and assume in our financial planning that that will be spent. so it's an added buffer above and beyond what we think we are going to need if we come in under our budget and we don't need that contingency, that's great. that falls to our fund balance. that means we can have lower rate increases in the future. but this is one of the ways that clean power sf has. a program is making sure that we are not going to be caught off guard, that we're not going to be unable to procure the power we need. and finally, looking at what that means for clean power sf customer bills as a reminder, our clean power sf only cont
