this was an ad requested by dph, not required during our construction because we have an enclosed space that the contractor is responsible for. there's we can work for water, shut off and reroute. as i mentioned earlier, construction pauses for state surveyor visits. they visit about one week at a time, and during that period through court and making sure that we're we're in our right places. dpa requests public works to pause construction and then the ceiling patches, mitigation concrete wall repairs, items like that, there are certain utility repairs and realignments that we've discovered again, in this 1950s building that is needed, there is also another major item of a main sewer replacement you may have seen in the documents. or remember that there was a sewer project which we terminated for convenience use several, several months ago, maybe about half a year ago now. and for that one, we went back to the design board to take a look at how we can minimize impacts to the campus even more. that effort before was stalled because it was difficult to tv a certain segment of the sewer, d

sometimes those people are us and sometimes those people are our representatives at dph crisis services, which ever they prefer so we were able to schedule one on ones with them. we were also able to assist property management with resident outreach for the open work order meetings. we want to make sure those repairs are getting taken care of in a timely manner and if services has to be able to follow-up on those and hand out fliers for outreach, we are happy to do so. we also met with our tenant association in collaboration to plan for the events in february that was very helpful and tenant association was in support of all of the partners we had coming into plaza east and the events. and then to be able to wrap everything up we have been able to service 75 residents with our connections referrals through january. this may be in financial coaching, angle management, substance abuse, pg&e assistance and more. for support and service referrals we are 95 percent resident participated and out of those, 67 residents participated. >> thank you very much. >> you're welcome. >> when you talk a
