hello, magandang hapon, mr. clark and supervisors. my name is teresa imperial of. i'm the director of build housing program. i just want to say that when we're thinking about housing, it needs to be in a very holistic way. and i would advise the board of supervisors to deeply scrutinize the department of building inspection. as you can see, the community is doing a far better outreach and education than the inspectors itself. so, when you have a chance to scrutinize the dbi, please do that. what i can say is the current process of accessing affordable housing in san francisco is daunting and unfair. barriers exists at various levels. cuts to services like rental relief, subsidies, education or case management can impede individuals ability to maintain stable housing. since there is no senior housing, housing for people with disabilities and or section eight housing never opens. rental assistance specialist subsidy is the only alternative you have right now already. investment in tenants assistance services programs are already low, which actually should be more exp

mr. clarke. thank you sir. it's a mainly clear out there.there's not much in the way of any low clouds unless you're, well, north or south, and even that is pretty patchy. everything is gone out offshore here, so we'll have lots of sunshine today. but systems in the pacific northwest, just keep that machine of wind rolling right along so you can call me the breeze. that's what we have here because it'll be nice. it'll be sunny. maybe a smidge warmer, but we still get that westerly northwesterly breeze which keeps temperatures in the 60s and 70s. sal is here 830 on a monday, and the traffic is, well, it's getting better. steve, on a monday. i know a little bit about this because i've seen it over the last, i don't know, month or two, maybe three mondays. the bay bridge toll plaza commute gets better, right before nine. and if you're driving, let's say after nine, it should be a lot better than it was. you can see traffic is still a little bit busy here. now, if you are driving on 880 northbound, you can see that traffic is a little bit busy.

if we can see through some of the fog around the bay area, there's plenty to go around, mr. clarkre of an onshore breeze in the city and also into the oakland berkeley hills. even davis point is west southwest at 11. i know that's not roaring, but a lot of these were north or east. yesterday. the city had a due east wind and they just missed 70 by one. i've trimmed them back to 63 today. there's just too much fog out there and it's mainly about half moon bay north, and it's moving up the marin coast and sonoma coast and moving inland. we have some fog being reported at petaluma also. santa rosa 42, sonoma 41 fairfax, san anselmo, ross in there as well. so much cooler for some to lose that east northeast breeze. and that temp drops a good five seven degrees here, 20 in the mountains, low 50s, 40s up and down the coast here the high even though it's putting its stamp on on the fog. so it's pretty shallow. the base is inland temps will still be nice to warm, but that system is on its way for a big change. rapid change. starting a little bit today. more so tomorrow. rain returns. look
