tiffany, thank you. we're also following the latest now out of a redwood city courtroom were convicted murderer scott ually for a second day. >> a team of lawyers with the los angeles innocence project are requesting more than 600 pieces of evidence which the stanislaw county district attorney says he's just not possible. it's part of an attempt to get a new trial for peterson who was convicted of murdering his wife laci. and their unborn son. most of the evidence has to do with the group who burglarized a house across the stre t from the petersons home around the time that laci went missing. arguments will continue until the end of the day. but a judge will likely not make a ruling today. she will have 90 days to do so. we have some new details now in a car crash that closed a bike shop in san francisco. police say after the crash someone went into the car that crashed into the building and then stole something from it. but it's not clear what was taken. the car smashed into market street cycles early y

converse tiffany justice joins us live from where the second shooting happened. tiffany. >> right.re the shooting happened near the intersection right behind us. we actually got an update from police today about the condition of the 2 victims involved. we're being told the 18 year-old is still fighting for his life on life support. >> we have no one in custody at this time. and the investigation is still very active and ongoing. 2 shootings in 2 days. the hayward police department busy investigating the suspects involved last thursday. 2 teenagers were struck by gunfire. police say around 11:00pm. they were called to this intersection mission boulevard, industrial parkway about a shooting. the victim, a 17 year-old calling 9-1-1 telling police he and his 18 year-old friend had been shot. 17 year-old sustained gunshot wound treated at a local hospital and has since been released. >> 18 year-old victim sustained gunshot wounds as well was transported to a local medical facility. and he is currently on life support as of today after being shot, the teens drove away where they were loc
