you track whales and other mammals. how many people actually use or visit your website and you have just regular people uploading stuff, correct? yeah. so the way it works is when a humpback whale dives, they'll usually lift their tail. and when they do the underside of the tail is there's a unique pattern. so we actually use facial recognition software to identify each individual. there you go. that picture right there. right. so if you take a picture with a telephoto lens, iphones don't really work so well. but if you take a picture of that whale and then submit it to our website, happy whale, then we'll tell you who is in your photo and that with the combination of, we've had, what, about 20,000 people contribute images and lots and lots of researchers collaborating. and so there you have a global map of the migratory patterns that we found of whales around the world. so we've at this point, almost every whale in the north pacific ocean. and we have in our database. that's amazing. so you can pick out a whale, let's
