as people are leaving rural america, hospitals and clinics cannot afford the overhead. i am over simplifying to make the point. we need to address how we are structuring and create incentives and give the resources to those health care facilities, be they clinics or hospitals. we need to talk more about the issue around how in the health care system we are treating women. and are we taking women seriously when they talk about their health care concerns? personal experience, my mother had two goals in her life, to raise her two daughters, my sister and i, and to end breast cancer pick my mother was a breast cancer researcher. she was so passionate about women's health care. i remember as a young girl and throughout my life. we still have a lot of work to do. to make sure that when she walks into that clinic, that doctors, that hospital that she is taken seriously. that is also what we do in terms of training in the profession, what we do in terms of public education to get education to women so they know that they are not just complaining and they should not suppress or
