andrea canning (voiceover): iliana was, too.kind and trusting person, sometimes too trusting, and had warned her several times how that could lead to trouble. she just thought everybody was good people. everybody was good to her. she didn't see anything bad on anybody. andrea canning (voiceover): she told erika's parents that she and erika were supposed to hang out that afternoon, but never heard from her. detectives hoped other friends and coworkers had. we had to find out what she did on her last day to determine where she was and what happened to her. andrea canning (voiceover): they learned no one had seen or heard from her since saturday night. sometime after 5:30 pm, erika left her apartment and drove to work, which was less than a 10-minute drive. at 6:00 pm, she started her dinner shift as a server at a local pub. it was a typical busy saturday night, lasting a bit more than four hours. at 10:00 pm, erika finished her shift and clocked out. and after she left work, she went out to a local bar and was there with some frie
