so our katie nielsen is live in santa rosa with how things have been all day long. braving it with her photographer. hey, katie. >> reporter: hey, juliette. you can see the steady rain coming down with a couple of little breaks that have tapered off a little, coming right back. so this intersection that you're looking at right now is 101 and college avenue. still very heavy rain up here. you know, while flooding is not the biggest concern right now, this is going to be a dangerous storm for drivers. this is some of what drivers around santa rosa were dealing with today after some places got over two inches of rain. >> the curbs and gutters are able to handle the water, but they don't necessarily have anywhere to go to because they're trying to flow into the creeks. when the creeks are up, there is nowhere really for that water to flow, and you start seeing a lot of backups as a result of it. >> reporter: the santa rosa fire department said they're working closely with public works to clear out debris from creeks and streams, as well as the storm drains to keep water
