colgan creek near sebastopol reported moderate flooding today. so that is a concern. but that warning expires 2.30, this afternoon. a high surf advisory is in effect and this is pushing big breakers right across across water's edge. 20 to 30 foot waves. and that is a concern for coastal erosion. beach erosion and you don't want to be on the beaches at that point because those waves could just come out of nowhere. sneaker waves could come and hit the jetties on the rocks and even the pairs. so you don't want to go there in terms of where we go from here. here's the forecast model. we start out with some rain and then we cleared out a little bit only to get replaced again by some more rain overnight tonight into tomorrow. and again, more rain heading in our direction and will shut its gone. sunday night. looks dry. and that is the beginning of a drying trend. a ridge builds in. you can see the clockwise circulation and that is a like a big mountain that keeps the storms from heading toward us. instead is a start to try to head toward deflecting, go right up to our north
