south florence is here. yeah. been rough for quite a while. and southern california with the offshore winds today, firefighters really catching a break. that onshore breeze kicking in even a couple patches of fog. we saw that locally as well. that's some good news for firefighters that onshore wind continuing in most spots. not really strong 7 to about 10 miles per hour. some stronger winds and some of the interior valleys from time to time. but overall, it has been very helpful for firefighters that comes with much higher humidity to go along with that and the temperatures today, much, much cooler. now you can see the area shaded in brown, though. that's the concern is not what's happening in now. but what's going to be happening early next week. so the national weather service has issued a fire weather watch as we get in toward monday and tuesday of next week, expecting some stronger santa ana winds to kick back in once again. and of course, with active fires there already. that makes things very dangerous. should you get those winds really
