's about maybe 3 miles from one on one. it's a frontage road traveled by thousands of people every hour. let me show you video that we shot a little bit earlier this morning. the accident took place at 6.55. last night. so it was probably just this dark as the video that we are showing meeting the visibility. we don't know the cause of the collision, but we do know that 2 cars are involved. we do know that one car crossed the center line. there's not a center divider. it is a very narrow road that car crossed the center divider slammed into the other car, carrying 4 people. 3 out of those 4 people died in that car, including that 17 year-old and then the driver of the other car was injured, rushed to the hospital. so that's why we have 2

well, this is a heartbreaking follow up to a deadly head-on crash in gilroy. the three people who died tuesday night all attended hollister high school. a roadside memorial is growing for the students who lost their lives. the chp says the victims car veered into oncoming traffic on shore road, hitting another car. one person in that car survived along with the driver of the other car. the names of the students who died have not been released, but one victim's great grandmother says her family is in shock. we're all broken. brokenhearted. he was going to graduate this, this senior year. this year is going to graduate. the cause of the crash is still under investigation. oakland police commissioners are able to weigh public sentiment ahead of what should be a pivotal decision next week. this is over. the department's restricted pursuit policies. commissioners held a town hall last night to get public feedback. governor gavin newsom recently demanded the city end its policies, which include supervisor approval, to chase someone going more than 50 miles an hour.
