there's a church in switzerland that has an ai generative jesus christ. jesus christ. you know, that -- that's an issue and i'm quite sure that in state houses across the country because they're not-- legislators don't have the privilege of being exposed to, you know, the diya's and the louises, et cetera, they're the news. how do legislators get their arms around those risky areas? >> yeah, that's a great question. i think one important kind of threshold that we often think about in the context of ai risk is decision making, right? taking a system that is making a bunch of decisions and figuring out those decisions most significant to people. so, a decision about a fun picture that i want to create to send to my sister in an ai system is probably not significant to my legal rights. but if i am interfacing with an ai system that is being used by an employer to determine if i'm a qualified applicant or by an educational institution to determine if i move onto the next round, they're probably more safeguards that we want in those scenarios because of the significance of
