it's 10 18 and let's head to the south bay because the city of campbell is now facing a lawsuit over a sales tax measure which passed this last november. it was measure k and it raises the city sales tax from 9.3% to now 9.8%. that's the highest in santa clara county. and they did that to help ease the city's financial strain. but this lawsuit says that that measure was invalid because it was based off of a bill that allowed the city to hike their tax above the state limit and they claim it violates the state constitution and the cause the constitution's calls for uniform policy. so city officials say they are confident they did nothing wrong. but if the lawsuit turn finds that they did, then they are prepared to adjust that percentage. well, a bay area air quality management district has a new name. less of a mouthful. it's now called the bay area air district in. they've got a new logo that you can see there. the air district says these changes were designed to basically make it better, connect with the public and to give a fresh new look to the agency, fun fact that air district,
