we were fortunate enough on the corridor where my little art shop is my little mom and pop is on balboa street and we did a lunar new year night market and parade two weekends ago now and it was amazing and it was well attended and the community came out and there was so many cute kids and lion dancers and little mini lion dancers and it was just such an amazing celebration of community of the arts. we had art vendors out and then personally at my shop i actually had a show come down two weeks before and so in putting up a show to make sure i had amazing art in the gallery for the lunar new year event i actually dug through a lot of the art that you know has not been picked up from prior shows and i was able to put an amazing show together of women artists from my community. most of them are asian women artists and some of the work is from when we did an art show in macao we actually started it here and then brought it over to macao in 2019 and yes i still have art from that. folks haven't picked up but it was just so amazing to go through the work that i still have and be reminded just
