here in clarksville yesterday they dealt with a heavy rain flood warnings and of course the result of of where an elderly man had to be rescued by the police and fire department just hours ago. you can see the vehicle in front and papartially submerged. this is what you will see across parts of tennessee going into kentucky. roads that are also submerged and blocked off to oncoming traffic to the left of this road you can see another home that appears to be at least halfway submerged. a neighbor who lives right across the street telling me there's actually a truck that is completely underwater giving perspective as to how dire the situation is some of the residents here. the city of clarksville right now asking residents to stay put to avoid these areas we've had a lot of people stopping by to take pictures where they want to make sure first responders do have accessibility to these areas we know the situation is still ongoing but just two hours west of us in tennessee we have a dm that has failed they are warning residents to get the higher ground. north of us and kentucky there e ha
