sea ranch, fort ross, cloverdale.is not a ton of moisture to work with with this cold front. and as it continues to move to the south and east, it's going to lose most, if not all of this moisture. so for folks working or playing today outside of the north bay, you will be dry, but just be aware of that. in the north bay we have drizzle before noon today, increasing cloud cover throughout the day as this cold front progresses through. temperatures right now we're in the 40s, will climb into the 50s by about 9 a.m. kind of hang there through noon today. so looking at the drizzle chances there, you can see where we do find some of this moisture. the best chance would be in the north bay. and it's a very light not even getting a number on the storm impact scale. so looking at highs today we'll get those daytime numbers into the low and mid 60s. so it feels nice despite not having full sunshine out there. it's partly sunny throughout the day, but those clouds do depart tonight. so we have clearing skies and that allows us

by 330 on monday heavy rain, clear lake cloverdale. and then this all pushes to the south and east.o it's a wet evening commute monday night into tuesday morning it continues. we'll be looking at more breezy winds. and then this is what happens by 2:00 in the afternoon on tuesday. heavy rain all throughout the bay area. 2:00 3:00. here we are at 530. and you can see the reds here. they continue right on through about 7:00. so rainfall amounts throughout the day today, anywhere from 1/100 in in the south bay peninsula. so that's about nothing to 2/10 in the north bay. then we add in your monday and it gets going up to about an inch in the north bay. the rest of us a quarter to a third of an inch, maybe 4/10. and this is what takes us through tuesday night, an inch and a half to maybe two inches upwards of three inches in the north bay. so we've got the breezy winds already 30 to 40 miles an hour right now. they'll still be breezy, but not as gusty throughout the afternoon. then we get into monday morning and they stay elevated. this is monday with that heavy rain in the north bay, 30

there's a look at the heavy rain moving into cloverdale and santa rosa.evening commute impacted, stopping this at 9:00 where we have a very rainy night into tuesday morning. we've got scattered downpours. look what happens by 2:00 tuesday afternoon. we've got a line of some very heavy rain that continues to press into the east bay, the south bay, the peninsula. look at the reds here and look at the winds, how close they are and where the barbs there. and then as this pushes through tuesday night it's behind us. so the rainfall totals today not much. nothing really. from fremont to mountain view, 1/100 over a 10th in richmond 2/10. santa rosa, you add in monday, it's getting anywhere from three quarters of an inch to an inch and a half in the north bay, a third of an inch to a half inch for the east bay. and this is what takes us through tuesday night. two and a third for san mateo, over two inches in san ramon. so it is trending very wet with over four and five inches for the north bay. gusty winds today. they'll get a little bit breezy. stay breezy i sho

there is if you're in cloverdale, if you're in healdsburg and you see a nnowflake, you're not losingd air in place and we do have a little moisture out there doesn't make it to the ground. that's a whole other story right? but we do start to see some of that moisture there. obviously, we still are dry in tahoe. in fact, you can take a live look here and it is very calm. there you see a little snow on the mountains in the distance, but everything is kind of quiet right now. having said that, you know, we are down there in the 30's with temperatures in the middle of the day. so obviously, when we get into that cooler air happening as we get later into the day, things are going to change and we're going to be looking at some snow. so you can see the winter storm warnings are up and for see this year it is going to be tahoe basically going into effect tonight at 10 o'clock. and then through friday night at 10 o'clock that we're looking out for the potential of 2 to 4 feet at the peaks rate up at the crest. about 10 to 20 inches down at the lake level. so future cast here showing you that
