they are kicking off here and marching all the way to daly city today.want to take a closer look at the immigration numbers we've been seeing over the past few weeks. just about a month into president trump's second term. now, according to a report from axios, the deportation since the inauguration, trump's border czar tom homan says about 14,000 immigrants were arrested during the first few weeks in office. now, some of those arrests took place right here in the bay area. homan says most of those arrested had, quote, criminal histories, but that was not further clarified. we do know from the white house press secretary's comments that this administration considers all undocumented immigrants to be criminals. now, trump's deportations over the past month appear to be lagging behind those of former president joe biden. during his final month in office, biden's team arrested more than 21,000 unauthorized immigrants in november, compared to just 14,000 over the past several weeks reported by trump's team. now, borders are, homan says, border crossings have

amanda hari spoke with people in daly city whose neighbors were forced to move out of their homes because of the risk of landslides. >>>>it just falls into the sea, sometimes taking homes with it. west line. drive has been the center of controversy for years. a sign memorializing 30 west line drive, where members of the bands the mummies and the phantom surfers lived in the 90s. it was one of the more than 20 homes that were red tagged and eventually demolished because of the risk of a landslide. ross stein, co-founder of temblor, a seismic risk company, says it's because the street is on the san andreas fault. and not a major fault like the san andreas does is crush all the rock within several hundred meters of the fault because it's displaced in earthquakes of, let's say, ten, 15ft over and over and over again. stein provided this graphic. the dots show all the quake activity from the last month. he says. it's not a matter of if the area will become unlivable, but when. that's just a recipe for disaster. now that could be a very slow, spread out disaster. or if we have another great ear
