mike bens in his interview with dr. costs and essentially talks about this as being c, r a style mentally. since at least want to do that in cuba by creating what they, what usa called the cuban spring. and the problem was at that, at that time, cuba had banned us social media companies calling them, you know, a tool of us imperialism. and so there was no twitter allowed. and so usaid pulled off this operation to create a, a company called as engineer, which is, it was like it was a twitter knock off at once. they had a critical mass of users in the platform and made enough support from other civil society institutions that were, that were being funded by usaid and state entity at the time that they would then activate what they, what they called smart mobs. they would, they would switch the, our, their mobs, they would, they would switch the items and they would selectively target news distribution of, of messages to, to users on the, on the basis of their political proclivities in order to get them to take to the streets in in violent street protests and over overthrow their government basically the same be able to pull off the same thing that was happening
