here's a look at our beautiful view of the golden gate bridge. the sun rising.a few clouds there. lots of colors in the sky. and it's a great start to the day where a lot of people are heading back to work. now, in union city, we're at 45 degrees. it's all clear. a little bit of a chill to the air as we're getting started, but a gradual warm up is on trend and it will actually be a little bit warmer than what we typically see for mid february, with a high of 64 in hayward, as well as palo alto and 64 in napa. tomorrow the temperatures remain about the same. even though we're going to see more clouds, it just drops a couple of degrees in some spots, and the north bay will have the best chance of seeing that rain. by thursday, we're clearing out and temperatures rebound once again. it's been a while since we we've had weather this warm, but it will be headed our way by the middle of the week while we compare our 60s and even 70s in the forecast. take a look at the high temperatures across much of the rest of the country. just to the east of us, they're looking at

. >> there's that golden gate bridge looking lovely there's the sun glimmering off the water.6 degrees right now in oakland. wind has changed direction. now out of the northwest at 10 miles per hour, a little different than yesterday. we had that southerly flow bringing all that stormy weather and temperatures right now. you can see we are in the 50's a little cool but not too bad here. no one's really made it to the 60 degree mark yet, though. so definitely an indication of what is to come this evening. so we're talking about this freeze warning for the north bay interior valleys and also those santa clara hills in the eastern side. there. and then the areas in light blue. those are the frost advisory. so frost advisory generally means between about 30 to 35 degrees and then freeze warnings means 32 and below. so that is overnight tonight. and i do expect we'll see this for the next couple of nights. these are the numbers and looking out for us. you can see it is really going to be frigid, particularly that north bay santa rosa could get down to a very, very cold, 30 degrees.

larry and kristen, take a look at this live picture from our golden gate bridge camera. we have plenty of sunut there. we need the storms, but we do need a break as well. and we're getting it right now. there were a few isolated pop-up showers in the north bay earlier today, but as we take a look, a level two storm on live doppler seven is moving in our direction. and so tomorrow morning there is some concern about flooding on those smaller streams and creeks that have already been bankfull. so there's a flood watch in effect until 1 p.m. friday. flooding is possible on those smaller streams and creeks. that lighter green is a flood warning that is still going for the russian river at guerneville. it already crested earlier this morning. they had moderate flooding and it's going down, so at least it's receding. 8:00 tomorrow morning. the rain moves in at 10:00. it's pretty widespread. we go into the afternoon and the rainfall becomes a little more intense in pockets. this is a level two storm for tomorrow. rain, brief downpours, gusty winds, possibility of thunder and flooding as well. i'll b
